BACKSTORY
Smithalicious and I wrote this song together the day after we first met this lifetime around.
It’s prolly pretty obvi that we dwell deep in The Mystery. And I'm sure it's no surprise to hear that 'tis rare to come across another Being who’s floating out in space talking the same sorta crazy talk. So needless to say we were pretty damn stoked to cross paths with one another. We chilled on the Lighthouse deck for hours talking, drinking wine, watching the sunrise. And then later these words came to tell the story of that swell-o moment in time.
The tune is called Falling Down. Since first inception the title has changed to High And Low and the words have changed many times as well but the heart of this sound stays true in every version of the lyrics... "Am I falling? No. Am I falling? No. This is flight." So. Damn. Beeeyoootifulll.
This scratch version is a bit older and has the original title and lyrics. S'nice to hear how it sounded when it first manifested. And yeah, we'll totally share High And Low when it's tracked.
